A problem with the DB2 client prevents the JDBC batch operation from completing during a quick publish.

Problem

If you use DB2 UDB Version 8.1.10 or Version 8.2.3, a problem might occur during a quick publish.

Update to DB2 UDB Version 8.1.11 (or higher) or DB2 UDB Version 8.2.4 (or higher). Attempt the quick publish again.
