Modifying an order
This section explains how to modify an order.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find the order that you want to modify.
- If this order has already been submitted, click Edit (Ctrl+E, Ctrl+O).
- Optional: If the customer is a guest customer, and the order's state is Pending or Edit, you can click Register to register them as a new customer.
- Perform any of the following actions:
- Add an item to the order.
- Add a bundle to the order.
- Configure a dynamic kit for the order.
- Delete items from the order.
- Override a product price for an order item.
- Specify shipping information for an order item.
- Specify payment information for the order.
- Work with any blocks on the order.
- Expedite an order item in the order.
- View the fulfillment status
- Request that some items ship together (tie/untie items)
- Change the value in the quantity field on the Order Items page.
- Select a contract price
- Request a shipping date by entering the date that the customer would like the item shipped in the Requested shipping date field on the Order Items page.
