Adding and viewing order comments
You can add comments to any order for other Customer Service Representatives to see. These comments can also be sent to the customer.
Procedure
- Create, modify, or find the order you want to work with.
- Click the Comments page in the order editor. You will see a table which contains any comments that have been added to the order.
- Optional: Click Add to add a comment to the order. Enter your comments in the text entry area.
- Optional: Check Send this comment to Customer and enter the customer's email address.
- Optional: Click OK.
