Troubleshooting: Message appears when running the WCIM script
While migrating a start payment remote backup message is logged.
Problem
When running the WCIM script you see the following message:
Start Payment remote backup...
Please input the directory path where the temp directory reside:
[c:\WCS]
Solution
Run WCIM from the following directory:
- WC_installdir/bin
- WC_installdir\bin
