Task flow: Installing and implementing IBM Product Recommendations features (Feature Pack 2)

Use the following step-by-step guide to set up Management Center to support displaying recommendations in the storefront from IBM Product Recommendations, formerly known as Coremetrics Intelligent Offer.

Before you begin

Before you begin this task flow, your site must be integrated with IBM Product Recommendations. You must also:

Install WebSphere Commerce Version 7 Feature Pack 2 to install the integration software for IBM Product Recommendations.
Run the enablement scripts for the Feature Pack 2 store enhancements feature so that the IBM Product Recommendations integration software is activated and ready for use.

Note: If your store pages need to display multiple product recommendations from IBM Product Recommendations, update the WebSphere Commerce configuration file to support multiple recommendations on a page. When you are updating this file, add the following command to the DoubleClickMonitoredCommands section of the file:
