Experience Officer = Executive

  • Reporting to the CTO as the EUEM / DEX manager

  • Responsibility: More reporting & strategic planning - Less operations

  • Goal: Improve productivity, retain talents, attract talents

DEX / System Administrator = BigFix Operator

  • Monitoring & Reporting (trend analysis over time, where are the anomalies today, proactive analysis)

  • Operations & Remediation (guided)

  • Responsibility: Configure/Customize the DEX solution AND operate through the DEX solution on a daily basis

IT / Help Desk Operator = L2 support

  • reactive support to the employees / end-users

End-User = Employee
