    When you start a managed session, you can configure the server to use an installed controller rather than using the Java™ Web Start method.     You can use the properties files in Remote Control to customize your environment, configure LDAP, set debug options, and set controller and on-demand target properties. The files can be edited in the BigFix® Remote Control Server UI.

Viewing outstanding access requests

About this task

When requests for temporary access to targets are first received, they are known as outstanding access requests. The status of these requests is set to pending.

To view the Outstanding Access Requests list click Reports > Outstanding Access Requests.

Results

The list of all outstanding access requests is displayed.
