データベース接続許可の失敗
- 症状
- ログ・ファイルにデータベース接続許可失敗エラーが報告されます。
- 原因
- データベース・パスワードが無効である可能性があります。
- 解決策
- Remote Control インストール・ディレクトリーから以下のコマンドを実行することで、パスワードを変更してください。
- Windows® システム。
[installdir]\tools\tdbpasswd.cmd userid password. ここで、installdir は Remote Control のインストール・ディレクトリーであり、userid および password はデータベース・ログオンの資格情報です。- UNIX ベースのシステム
