IAST troubleshooting
IAST agent log file
The IAST agent prints some information to the stdout of the server. Additional information is printed to the IAST log file. When the agent is initiated, it prints the location of the log file to the stdout of the server.
Agent not communicating with ASoC
IAST session status is Setup agent; and Agent status is
Disconnected.
Try the following:
- Check if the server runs behind a firewall. The ASoC
machine must be able to access the domain
cloud.appscan.com
. Ping the address to check. - Check if the machine runs behind a proxy. For dealing with a proxy see Deploying an IAST agent.
