Overview
MaxAI is a suite of cloud-native applications, designed to run on Kubernetes clusters, deployed using Helm charts for simplified deployment and management.
Post-deployment Configurations
You must apply some configurations that are available on the Unica Platform, via Unica Platform UI, so that the MaxAI services (config service) can access and use these configurations for MaxAI components, which results in pods and services coming up smoothly.
Partition Registration
If you add a new partition, you must register a new partition in the MaxAI assistant.
MaxAI Token Consumption
MaxAI features consume varying amounts of OpenAI API tokens depending on the request context, input size, and complexity.
Conversation Logs for Traceability
To support traceability and audit requirements, MaxAI stores conversation logs in the ce_metering_db database. These logs contain user interactions, including conversation details, requests, responses, timestamps, and message roles.
