Prune tab
Complete the following fields in the Prune tab to control the deletion of backed-up databases. When you are done, you can click Test Formula to preview the prune path.
Field | Description |

Prune backup command | Choose File if you are doing a simple file system or network drive backup. Choose other options to perform backups with a third-party backup application. |
Prune DB command | Choose File if you are doing a simple file system or network drive backup. Choose other options to perform backups with a third-party backup application. |
Prune translog command | Choose File if you are doing a simple file system or network drive backup. Choose other options to perform backups with a third-party backup application. |
Prune OK string | When command files, formulas, or scripts are used, defines a string that when not found in the output indicates the operation failed. Can be used in conjunction with Prune error string. |
Prune error string | When command files, formulas, or scripts are used, defines an error string that when found in the output indicates the operation failed. |
