Removing a block on an order

You can remove manual blocks on an order that has a status of Pending or Edit. Automatic blocks can only be removed on the WebSphere Commerce Server by an authorized administrator.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Find the order with the block that you want to remove.
  4. On the Order page of the Order editor, click Block.
  5. On the Order Blocks page, perform the following actions for each block that you want to remove:
    1. Select the block that you want to remove.
    2. Select Resolved in the Status field.
  6. Click Update.
  7. Click OK.
