IVR on-prem reset

If you need to restart the configuration setup from scratch, use the reset option.

Open the Command Prompt as an Administrator and navigate to the folder where the executable is located. Run the reset command by typing:

\$ ivrNext.exe --reset

Once the reset command starts running, it will check for the following confirmation:

Are you sure that you want to reset your configuration ? (y/n):

Once y is entered the data folder will be removed except the db related folder.
