IVR v.4.0.0 logs
This section provides information about the IVR v.4.0.0 logs.
Logs can be found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BESIvrRetriever\data\logs location.
- AppConfig.log

It contains information about Application configs and settings that are used at runtime for the last run. It also gets updated whenever the user modifies the AppConfig.yaml file settings while the application is running.
- ivrn.log

It is the main log file where it shows what is happening in the application. Initially Debug (Verbose) logging will be in off state. If the user set the LogVerbose to true in the Settings section of AppConfig.yaml file, then the Debug logs will be enabled.
Here once the file reaches its maximum size limit (which is specified in AppConfig.yaml file) log rotation will happen, that means a date and time will be attached to ivrn.log file and a new ivrn.log file will get started filling.
