The new version of HCL Universal Orchestrator introduces the possibility to merge workspaces.

Maintaining synchronization between your local item edits and the database definitions is now effortless. The new workspace merge feature eliminates the friction of collaborative editing, ensuring that your work is always built on the most current version of a workflow. By bridging the gap between your local environment and the database, workspace merging ensures that collaboration no longer comes at the cost of speed or data safety.

Stay in control of your updates: You no longer have to worry about accidentally overwriting the work of someone else. If a discrepancy is detected during deployment, the Merge Conflicts Found panel guides you through the process of aligning your work with the latest version. By merging, you ensure your workspace items are perfectly aligned with the database, even if colleagues have made updates in the meantime.

Proactive conflict prevention: The merge feature is not just for resolving conflicts; it is a proactive tool. Integrated directly into the Deploy menu, it encourages a "check-first" workflow that protects the integrity of your automation logic.
