Workflow view: your production plan as a live flowchart

With the Workflow view, you can now open any plan workflow as a live flowchart in the Orchestration Monitor — seeing exactly which path ran, which task stalled, and which dependency blocked it.

Diagnosing a plan failure from a flat list meant correlating status rows by name — no indication of which run path was taken, which dependency triggered first, or where the run diverged from the expected sequence. The Workflow view changes that: select workflows in the Orchestration Monitor and switch to a canvas that maps tasks, live statuses, and dependency arrows in the same graph layout used by the Graphical Designer.

Status at a glance, for every selected workflow

Each workflow appears as a node that you expand to a full container showing individual task status cards and run paths, or compact to a summary header showing high-level status badges and total task metrics. Multiple workflows are visible simultaneously. Use Minimize all to compress every node to a summary header and Maximize all to restore the detailed view — switching between a dense overview and full inspection without scrolling through separate pages.

Dependency relationships made visible

The View options panel controls what the canvas renders around each node. Enable predecessors and successors to add dashed boxes for external dependencies. Enable dependency lines to draw directional arrows between nodes. Disable them on dense canvases to reduce visual complexity without losing status information. Constraint badges on workflow cards surface blocking conditions — clicking a file constraint badge opens a sidebar showing the file path values active at run time.

Precision where the list gives none

Enable Show internal statuses to replace high-level interface labels such as Error with the precise engine-specific states such as Abend. Zoom controls and marquee selection handle canvases with many nodes: use the percentage indicator to set an exact canvas scale, or hold-drag to select multiple workflow cards simultaneously for bulk actions.
