Rebase Stream
Use the Rebase Stream dialog box to rebase a UCM stream to the parent stream's recommended baseline or to a different baseline.
This dialog box lists the parameters currently in effect for the rebase operation, and enables you to change them.
Controls in the dialog box
The following controls appear in the dialog box:

| Using view | Displays the name of the view in which you are rebasing the stream. |
| Rebasing Stream | Displays the name of the stream that you are rebasing. |
| Source Stream | Displays the name of your development view's source stream. |
| Change | Click this button to replace the currently selected source stream with a different stream. |
| Perform merges automatically if possible | To force all merges (even trivial ones) to invoke a graphical merge tool, the user must clear this check box. This option is on by default. |
| Baselines | The type of baseline to which you are rebasing. You can select Use source stream's recommended baselines, Use source stream's latest baselines, Use these baselines (which you can enter manually), or Use selected baselines. When you choose Use selected baselines, the list box beneath this option becomes active. The baselines that appear in the list box are relative to the currently selected Source Stream. |
| Add | Click to add a new baseline to the list. |
| Change | Select a baseline in the list and then click this button to replace the selected baseline with a different baseline. |
| Remove | Select a baseline in the list and then click this button to remove the baseline. |
| Properties | Select a baseline in the list and then click the button to view the properties of the baseline. |
| Checkouts/Hijacks | Lists checked out and hijacked elements. |
| OK | Confirms the operation and allows it to proceed. |
| Cancel | Cancels the operation. |
