Enabling resource decorations

If you are using the HCL VersionVault Explorer for Eclipse, you can enable or disable decorations that indicate the VersionVault state of a resource.

Before you begin

This option is available only when using the HCL VersionVault Explorer for Eclipse.

About this task

When enabled, HCL VersionVault resource decorations are visible in any Eclipse viewer that shows resources in a VersionVault view. These decorations indicate the VersionVault state of each resource.

Procedure

To enable resource decorations:
  1. From the main menu bar, select Window > Preferences to open the Preferences dialog box.
  2. In the dialog box, select the General > Appearance > Label Decorations preference page.
    This page controls the display of decorations defined by Eclipse plug-ins.
  3. Select HCL VersionVault Explorer to enable resource decorations.
