Modifying role permissions
Use this procedure to modify role permissions.
Procedure
- Click Settings > User roles & permissions.
- Click the plus sign next to a product in the list on the left, and then click the name of the partition where you want to modify a role.
- For Campaign only, if you want to create a new role under the Global Policy or a user-created policy, click the policy name.
- Click Add roles and assign permissions.
- Click Save and edit permissions
- Click the plus sign next to a role group to display all available permissions and the state of those permissions within each role.
- In the role column where you want to modify permissions, click the box in the permissions rows to set the state to Grant, Deny, or Not granted.

Click Save changes save your changes.
You can click Revert to saved to undo changes since your last save and remain on the Permissions page, or Cancel to discard your changes since your last save and go to the partition or policy page.
