Campaign | caching
Certain objects, such as offers, are cached in the web application server to improve response times in the HCL® Campaign user interface. The Campaign|caching configuration properties specify the length of time that cached data is retained. Smaller values result in more frequent cache updates, which can adversely affect performance by consuming processing resources on both the web server and the database.
