Database table administration
HCL® Campaign administrators must set up database tables for use with HCL Campaign.
Database table administration includes the following activities:
- Map Campaign system tables, if this is not done during Campaign installation.
- Map user tables so that customer data can be used by Campaign flowcharts.
- Manage data dictionaries, which define the structure of user tables based on fixed-width flat files.
- Manage table catalogs, which enable the efficient management of mapped user tables.
