There is already another instance of the Enabler running. More than one Enabler instance cannot be started.

HCL OneTest™ UI allows only one instance of the enabler to run.

HCL OneTest™ UI does not allow you to launch another enabler.

You must ensure that only one instance of the enabler is running.
