Proxy information cannot be obtained when there is a problem with the HCL OneTest™ UI customization file related to the proxies section.

The controls in the application under test is not recognized.

Verify that the *.rftcust file is present in C:\ProgramData\HCL\HOTUI\customization and in the HCL OneTest™ UI installation directory. Verify that the proxies section is present and correct.
