Enable Account Discoverability

  1. Select the “Discoverability” tab on the account membership page. If no email address domains are specified, then the account is not discoverable to users.
  2. Click the “Add domain” button and specify the email address domain to be added e.g., “example.com.”
  3. Once added, any user with an HCLSoftware ID whose email address ends with @example.com, who is not already a member of the account, will be able to discover this account and request to join. If membership request visibility for an email address domain is no longer required, it can be removed using the trash icon next to that domain. Removing a domain has no effect on existing account members.
