For the Search in field,
click the arrow and select from the list. |

For the View by field,
click the arrow and select a view. |
Search for a contact |
Type the name in the Search for field,
and then click Search. Note: You cannot search
the hierarchy views listed in the View by field. |
Address a message, invitation or to do assignment |
Select one or more names, and then click any
of the address buttons. |
Invite someone to be a presenter (online meetings
only) |
Select one or more names, and then click Presenters. |
Distinguish between names that are not unique |
Click Details. |
Remove a name from a list |
Select a name in the Recipients list, and then
click Remove. |
Clear the entire list |
Click Remove All. |
Create a contact record that includes all the
information about that person that is stored in the directory (including
certificates) |
Select one or more names, and then
click Copy. Note: If a duplicate name is found
in your contacts, no action is taken. |
