You can track a message that you have sent to verify the delivery status or the entire
path the message traveled.
Before you begin
To track a message, message tracking must be enabled on all
of the servers through which the message must pass.
Procedure
- Open the view and select a message.
- Click and select any recipient of the
message that you want to track.
- Select Delivery status only or Trace
entire path.
Results
Once you create a tracking request, a tracer message with
the subject Message Tracking is delivered to your Sent
view. This message contains a link to your tracking request. The tracking
result is posted as a response to the tracer message in your Inbox.
