Web users can add and remove TOTP device configurations and reset lost scratch codes.
Procedure
Option | Steps |

Configure a second or third device |
- In the web server Login screen, provide your name, password, and
TOTP token.
- Click Set up Multi Factor
Authentication.
- In the MFA Setup screen, click Configure another
device.
- For Step 1, enter a name for the device
that you will use to generate the TOTP token (for example
iPhone) and click OK.
- For Step 2, use your device to scan the
QR Code that is shown. Or, enter on your device all or part of
the TOTP URI that is shown, if required by your TOTP
application.
- For Step 3, in the MFA
Token field, enter a token that the TOTP
application on you device generates and then click
Validate.
- The new device is shown in the list of devices. Click
DONE to return to the Login
screen.
- To complete setup of the new device, at the Login screen, enter
your name, password, and a token generated from your new device.
Then click Login.

Delete a device configuration |
- In the web server Login screen, provide your name, password, and
TOTP token.
- Click Set up Multi Factor
Authentication.
- The MFA Setup screen shows your current devices. Select and
delete the device.
- Click DONE.

Generate new scratch codes |
If you've lost your scratch codes:
- In the web server Login screen, provide your name, password, and
TOTP token.
- Click Set up Multi Factor
Authentication.
- The MFA Setup screen, click Lost scratch
codes?.
- In the Lost Scratch Codes screen, click
RESET.
- Copy the scratch tokens that are shown to a secure location.
- Select I have copied the codes to a secure location
.
- Click DONE.
