Viewing the schema history

You can view the history of changes that were made to a schema.

Procedure

To view the history of a schema:

Start the Designer.
In the Open Schema - Step 1 of 2 dialog, click on the radio button labeled View a version of an existing schema to see all the versions and history of a schema.
You can also open the schema to view a specific version of the schema.

Results

Each row in the History view table represents a new version of the schema. The Description column displays the comments that were entered when the schema was checked out for editing. If a schema version is currently checked out, Yes appears on the Checked Out column.
