Updating properties of user databases

You can update the properties of a user database to include changes made for vendor database properties that map to the user database.

About this task

To update properties of a user database:

Procedure

Start the Designer. If the Open Schema window opens, click Cancel.
Click Database > Update User Database Properties.
In the Update User Database Properties window, select a logical database name.
Update the properties:
- To update only the Comment field, enter your comments and click OK.
- To modify other database properties, click Properties.
In the Database Properties window, edit the properties. For more information, see Vendor database parameters.
When you are finished, click Update to save your changes.
