Updating the IBM Installation Manager

You can update IBM Installation Manager without uninstalling any packages you have already installed.

Procedure

Ensure Installation Manager is closed before starting the update process.
Download the latest version of Installation Manager. For more information, see Installation Manager downloads.
Extract the contents of the compressed file.
Run the install.exe command to start installing the Installation Manager.
Follow the prompts to complete the installation, and restart Installation Manager when the update is complete.
