Modifying customer comments
A supervisor can add or change information in a comment entered in the customer editor. You can change any text in the comment box, but you cannot change the comment perspective. Also, a supervisor can modify a customer comment even if the supervisor did not enter it.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find a customer, or select a customer in the Stores view.
- Select the Comments page.
- Click Open or double-click the comment to modify it.
- Make changes as necessary and then click OK.
