Finding all orders for an organization

You can search for all or some of the orders for an organization. For example, you might want to find all orders that shipped to a specific location or all orders that are closed.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Find any member of the organization and open their profile.
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Right-click the customer in the Stores view, and then click Find > Order.
    • Select the customer in the Stores view, and then click Order > Find.
  5. Select the Organization name search option. The field is prepopulated with the name.
  6. Optional: Using the advanced find options, enter any additional search criteria to narrow your search to find a specific subset of orders. For example, you might select Submitted for the order status to find all the orders that are in submitted state.
  7. Click Find.
