- ServiceNow as ITSM Solution
- BigFix license (other than BigFix Patch and BigFix Inventory)
- BigFix Patch Workbench Application
- Access to ServiceNow Store
Confirm the "application is compatible" with your
ServiceNow Release Version.
- Confirm your ServiceNow account has entitlement/subscription for the App; otherwise, request the same.
- ServiceNow instance must have the ITSM (Change management and CMDB) module.
