  • ServiceNow as ITSM Solution
  • BigFix license (other than BigFix Patch and BigFix Inventory)
  • BigFix Patch Workbench Application
  • Access to ServiceNow Store

Confirm the "application is compatible" with your ServiceNow Release Version.

  • Confirm your ServiceNow account has entitlement/subscription for the App; otherwise, request the same.
  • ServiceNow instance must have the ITSM (Change management and CMDB) module.
  • "Admin" role on the ServiceNow instance.
