To Export CSV

To Export CSV

Navigate to the Cherwell Configuration Console. Here, you will see the Export CSV the CSV tab.

Clicking the Export CSV button would download the CSV format of the entire trained data via this console which can again be re-uploaded.

To make any changes or additions to the service catalog once it has been imported via Cherwell Configuration Console, you must use the Export CSV functionality to export the catalog in the CSV, make the changes in the CSV and then re-import it using the Import CSV functionality.
