Gmail Get Thread Tool

The GmailGetThread Tool enables your agents to retrieve complete email threads from a Gmail account. This tool is essential for agents that need to process email conversations, extract information from ongoing discussions, or summarize communication histories. It allows your agents to interact directly with Gmail, providing a powerful capability for email-driven automation workflows.


Field	Description
*Indicates mandatory field
Name*	A unique, user-defined name for this instance of the GmailGetThread Tool. This name is used to reference the tool in your agent’s logic.
Description*	A brief summary describing the purpose or role of this specific GmailGetThread Tool instance in the agent's workflow.
Delegated User Email*	The email address of the Gmail user whose mail thread should be accessed. For example: `user@example.com`.
Credentials to connect with*	Select the credential that allows your agent to connect to the Gmail account. This must be a Google Service Account credentials type set up in the Credentials section, with the required Gmail API scopes enabled. Note: Refer to the Adding a Credential section for steps to configure this.
