Gmail Create Draft Tool

The GmailCreateDraft Tool enables your agents to create email drafts in a specified Gmail account. This tool is essential for scenarios where agents prepare messages for human review prior to sending, such as in customer service, sales outreach, or approval workflows. It integrates directly with Gmail to support automation flows that require human oversight before email dispatch.


Field	Description
*Indicates mandatory field
Name*	A unique, user-defined name for this specific instance of the GmailCreateDraft Tool. This name will be referenced within your agent’s logic.
Description*	A brief summary describing the purpose or role of this specific GmailGetThread Tool instance in the agent's workflow.
Delegated User Email*	The Gmail address of the user on whose behalf the draft will be created (for example, `user@example.com`). This is required for delegated access scenarios.
Credentials to connect with*	Select the appropriate credential used to connect to the target Gmail account. This should be a previously configured Google Service Account Credentials with Gmail API scopes enabled for draft creation. Note: Refer to the Adding a Credential section for steps to configure this.
