v2.1.7+Rerunning tasks in the plan

After you submit a task in the plan, you can customize and rerun it. This option is available for any task that has reached a final status.

About this task

If a task fails for any reason, you can manually rerun it. When you rerun a task, you can configure its scheduled date, time, and priority. You can manually rerun a task by using one of the following methods:
  • Rerun the task using the current task definition.
  • Rerun the task using a different task definition.

When you rerun a task by using a different task definition, the new definition overwrites the original definition. All rerun instances remain available in the database until you delete them.
