Parmlib member HFZCNFxx

You can create a member HFZCNFxx in SYS1.PARMLIB (where xx is either 00 or the current MVS™ &SYSCLONE symbol value), or any other data set that is part of the logical parmlib concatenation. Optionally, an HFZOPTLM configuration-options module can be used to specify an alternative data set. For details, see Specifying an alternative parmlib data set for HFZCNFxx (CNFDSN).

The HFZCNFxx member contains installation-wide default options that are read for every execution of Z Abend Investigator.
