New capabilities on the Agent for z/OS

To improve serviceability and diagnostic speed, USS-resident modules (LINKEDITED libraries) now include embedded identification of Version, Date, and PTF or APAR. This enables you to immediately verify the maintenance level following a system ABEND or error.

To prevent the connection from failing during a domain manager switch, the list of backup managers is stored permanently on the Agent for z/OS. This ensures it is always available, whether the agent is active or offline.
