Upgrading the HCL Workload Automation Agent

Upgrading HCL Workload Automation Agent (also known as z-centric agent) from version 9.4.x or 9.5.x to 10.2.x.

Before beginning the upgrade procedure ensure that you have the required authorization roles, as described in Authorization roles for running the twsinst script.
