Data management operations

You can check in, check out, cancel check-outs, delete artifacts, and automatically check in or check out artifacts by using the Library Manager.

Note: When you edit a view from the Library Manager and try to do a check-in or do a cancel check-out of the edited view, then a Cannot CheckIn/Cannot Cancel Checkout dialog box opens with a warning message that prevents you from further checking-in or canceling a check-out of the view. This helps to avoid an override of the changes.
