ID	BIGINT	The unique identifier for the UI state.
ASSOCIATED_ENTITY_ID	BIGINT	The ID of the associated entity.
ASSOCIATED_ENTITY_TYPE	SMALLINT	The type of the associated entity.

CREATED_DATE	DATETIME	The date and time when the record was created.
