ID	BIGINT	The unique identifier for the folder.
NAME	VARCHAR(255)	The name of the folder.
DESCRIPTION	TEXT	The description of the folder.
CREATED_DATE	DATETIME	The date and time when the record was created.
CREATED_BY	BIGINT	The user ID who created the record.
UPDATED_DATE	DATETIME	The date and time when the record was last updated.
