This table stores version history of pipeline configurations.

ID	BIGINT	The unique identifier for the pipeline version.
PIPELINE_ID	BIGINT	The pipeline ID associated with this version.
CONFIGS_JSON	LONGTEXT	JSON configuration for the pipeline version.
VERSION	INT	The version number.
CREATED_DATE	DATETIME	The date and time when the record was created.
CREATED_BY	BIGINT	The user ID who created the record.
