Creating a session by using the New Contact Optimization session page

Create a Contact Optimization session to define rules and constraints to optimize your contacts.

Procedure

  1. Select Campaigns > Contact Optimizations.

    The All Contact Optimization sessions page displays.

  2. Click New Contact Optimization session.

    The New Contact Optimization session page displays.

  3. Complete the fields on the New Contact Optimization session page.
  4. Click Save.

Results

The Summary tab for the session displays. You can now add rules and scores to the session.

To edit the session name, objective, or description of a Contact Optimization session, click the Edit session properties link on the optimization Summary tab. You cannot change the audience level or template table after you create the Contact Optimization session.

To delete a Contact Optimization session, click Delete.
