How do I create a message with a photo or video attachment on a Windows tablet device?

You can send photos and videos with your mobile device.

1. From the Start panel, select the Photos tile.
2. Select the Pictures Library.
3. Select the photo or video you want to attach.
4. Swipe on the screen, then press the Share icon.
5. Select the name of the account you want to use to send the photo or video from.
6. Enter a mail address in the To field.
7. Enter a subject in the Add a subject field.
8. Add text in the Add a message field.
9. To send the message, press the Send icon.
