Seeing how close your mail file is to the size limit

The mail file size limit is referred to as the mail quota.

Procedure

From Microsoft™ Outlook, click File and then click IBM Mail.
Click Mail Quota to see how close your mail file size is to the quota.

What to do next

If your mail file size does approach the quota, delete messages to free up space so that messages can continue to be delivered.
