Cannot execute change permission command (chmod/attrib)
The driver is unable to change the permissions
on the client JAR file. This could happen if your client platform
does not support the chmod or attrib command,
or if the user running the JDBC application does not have the authority
to change access permissions on the client JAR file.
Make sure that the chmod or attrib command
is available for your platform and that the user running the application
has the authority to change access permissions on the client JAR file.
