Not enough tokens specified in %x directive representation
of date string
This error occurs because the date string specified
does not have the correct number of tokens or separators needed to
form a valid date value based on the GL_DATE %x
directive (format required is based on day, month, and year parts,
and the ordering of these parts is determined by the specified locale).
For example, 12/15/98 is a valid date string representation based
on the GL_DATE %x directive for the U.S. English
locale, but 12/1598 is not a valid date string representation because
there are not enough separators or tokens. 
To fix the problem, modify the date string representation
to include a valid format for the GL_DATE %x
directive based on the locale.
