    It shows the top 10 services based on sorted Avg MTTR value

  2. Count Incident Service

    It shows the top 10 services based on sorted Incident count.

  3. Avg MTTR CI

    It shows the top 10 CI and parameter combinations based on sorted Avg MTTR.

  4. Count Incident CI

    It shows the top 10 CI and Parameter combinations based on sorted Incident count.

  5. Alerts CI

    It shows the top 10 CI names based on sorted alerts count.

  6. Alerts Parameter
    It shows the top 10 parameter names based on sorted alerts count.
